Description

Pratshayes is a house located on Maer Lane in Littleham, believed to date from around 1700. The building has been enhanced with 19th-century stucco rustications around the windows and quoins. It features sash windows with glazing bars and is a square structure with three windows on each facade. The roof is steeply pitched and hipped, with dormers on the side facade. An arched stone porch with rusticated detailing adds to its architectural interest. The Drake family historically had a residence here.
