Description

The School House, formerly listed as a school, is a building from around 1840 located to the east of Northcombe Farmhouse in Salcombe Regis. This single-storey structure is made of flint rubble and features an east-facing front with projecting gabled bays that have wavy bargeboards. The centre of the building has a stone rubble gabled porch with engraved text. The roof is thatched, and there are 2 and 3-light casement windows. The door consists of three panels and two lights, topped with 4-centred arches. Northcombe Farmhouse and the School House are part of a group.
