Description
This is a circa 18th century terrace of three cottages located on Beagles Row in Shute village. The cottages are built with roughcast rendering. The roof is generally of asbestos slate, gabled at the ends, although number 1 has a thatched roof with a half-hipped end. The terrace has a nine-window front. The windows are small casements with glazing bars, some incorporating leaded panes. Most cottages feature glazed doors with modern porches, although number 4 has a plank door with a hood supported by shaped brackets. A rendered brick ridge chimney stack is present.
