Description

This barn, located immediately northwest of Old Shute House, dates from the 18th century or earlier. It is constructed from large stone rubble and features a corrugated iron roof with half-hipped and gabled ends. The barn has a central midstrey and brick-blocked openings under the eaves. The north end of the barn has been demolished, and the end wall has been rebuilt using concrete blocks.
