Description

Colecroft Cottage is a late 17th-century cottage constructed of roughcast stone rubble, positioned at right angles to the road. It features an asbestos slate roof with gabled ends and has a large internal stone chimney stack at the end facing the road. The cottage is two storeys high and has a range of three or four windows, which include small casements and sash windows. There is a large modern flat-roofed dormer, along with modern lean-to extensions at the front. At the rear, there is a small two-light wooden window frame with chamfered detailing.
