Description

The Folly is a cottage that dates from around the 17th century or earlier, with extensions added in the 18th or 19th century. It is built of stone rubble and features thatched roofs at three different levels, each with gabled ends. The original cottage is located at the east end and has one storey with an attic, displaying two windows with small modern casements. There is a rendered chimney stack at the end. At the west end, there are two extensions with thatched roofs, the westernmost of which was likely converted from an outbuilding.
