Description

This Sunday school building was constructed in 1835 by the National Society for the Protection of Education of the Poor. It was later used by Colyton Grammar School before returning to its function as a Sunday School. The building is constructed of flint, with a slate roof and stone coping to the gable ends. It is two storeys high, with three bays. The windows are stone-framed, each featuring two pointed arch lights and dripmoulds. A central gabled porch has a chamfered pointed arch.
