Description

Farway Cottage is a cottage dating to the 17th and 18th centuries, built of white-washed stone rubble. It has a thatched roof with half-hipped ends. The cottage is two storeys high and has a three-window front. The windows are small 19th-century casements with glazing bars, fitted with modern louvred shutters. A modern thatched porch sits off-centre. The central chimney stack has been rebuilt in brick.
