Description

Boswell Farmhouse is a 17th-century, two-storey building constructed of stone rubble with a thatched roof. It features a gable and an external stone chimney at the front, along with six mullioned windows. The west end of the farmhouse is likely a later addition. There is an 18th-century doorcase. The farmhouse is part of a hamlet in Sidbury Parish, located to the northeast of Sidmouth, and is accessed by a track to the south of the lane.
