Description

Sandys is a 18th century plastered cob cottage range with a thatched hipped roof, located on Exmouth Road in Budleigh Salterton. It may have originally been part of a row of cottages. The building is two storeys high and features a long range of five windows, which are small casements with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is one large modern bay window. A small brick ridge chimney stack is present on the roof.
