Former farmhouse. Circa C17. Painted and plastered stone rubble and cob. Concrete tile roof with hipped and gabled ends. Two storeys. Three window range. C20 casements and glazed door. Adjoining converted outbuilding to east. C20 stainless steel chimney. Interior: stopped chamfer ceiling beam. Chamfered fireplace bressummer and timber framed chimney.
