It is two storeys high and features a stucco exterior with a slate roof that has wide eaves supported by shaped brackets. The gable is extended with bargeboards. The building has five sash windows and flank pilasters with sunk panels. There is a porch supported by slender Tuscan columns, and an arched fanlight with interlaced bars above the entrance.
