Description

The stables at Home Farm are a range of farm buildings dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed from stone rubble, with some areas rendered and partly hung with slate. The building features a slate roof with gabled ends. A centrally located segmentally arched carriageway provides access, and above this is a raised roof that includes a clock set into the gable. The roof is topped with a small green wooden cupola bellcote, which has an ogee roof and a wrought-iron weathervane.
