Description

Riverside Deepway is a row of two-storey cottages located on Deep Way in Sidbury, dating from around the early 19th century, although they likely incorporate elements from an earlier structure. The cottages are built on stone rubble plinths and are finished with plaster. They feature a gable end slate roof, with the gable end of No 1 adorned with ornamental bargeboards. Each cottage has two windows on the first floor and one on the ground floor, all fitted with 2-light 19th-century casements. The doors are deeply recessed and consist of six moulded panels, with No 2 featuring an architrave surround. The entrance to No 1 is located at the rear.
