C16/C17 cottage much restored. 1 storey and attic red brick and timber framing, plaster infilling at south end and flint rubble base. Thatched roof. 3 "eyebrowed" modern lattice dormers. Irregular modern lattice casements on ground floor. Modern door framed by old beams with small pent roof over. Picturesque.
