Description

Sunnyside is a 16th-century timber-framed cottage that has been restored and altered. The timber framing with plaster infilling is visible at the back, while the front has been refaced with flints, featuring red brick dressings and quoins. The cottage has a modern tiled roof and modern casement windows. It is two storeys high and has three windows.
