Description
High Bank is a pair of cottages from the 18th century, constructed of rubble stone with stone tiled roofs and featuring end wall and ridge stacks, which have been truncated or rebuilt. The cottages are one storey with an attic and have four stone dormer gables, each with 2-light mullion windows and hoodmoulds. The window details include ovolo-moulded mullions for No 1 and cyma mouldings for No 2. On the ground floor, there are a single light window and a 3-light window with hoods and a door for No 1, as well as a 3-light window with a hood and a door for No 2, both featuring ovolo mullions. Additionally, there is a lean-to with a stone tiled roof against the north wall.
