Description

The north wall of the cross avenue south of Littlecote House is a Grade II listed structure. This wall, made of flint, stands 3.5 meters high and features cut stone moulded copings. It encloses a service yard and has gate piers that are brick quoined, topped with a stone cornice and ball finials. Away from the gates, the wall is reduced to 2 meters in height and has brick-on-edge coping. The wall extends for approximately 200 meters and continues into Ramsbury parish.
