Description
Nos 145, 146, and 147 are three cottages that were originally a pair, built in the mid to late 18th century. They are constructed from squared rubble stone and feature a Welsh slate roof with ashlar coped verges and brick stacks. The cottages are two storeys high and have four windows. The door, located to the right of centre, has a moulded architrave and a flat hood. There is a three-light flat mullioned window on either side of the door, and a 12-pane sash window to the left. To the left, there is a 19th-century lean-to extension, while 20th-century flat-roofed extensions to the right and rear are not included in this description. The interior has not been inspected. The building appears to have a symmetrical front and includes a two-storey addition with one window on the left, with the entire structure being reroofed in the early 19th century.
