Description

This is a barn located to the east of Bradfield Manor Farmhouse, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble with flush rusticated dressed stone quoins. The barn features wooden lintels over the midstreys and has a gabled roof made of corrugated asbestos, which is half-hipped at both ends. There are central midstreys on the east and west facades, each with corrugated iron gates. Inside, the barn has a simple roof structure supported by through-purlins, collar beams, and tie beams. The barn is included in the listing mainly for its group value with Bradfield Manor Farmhouse.
