Description

A pair of cottages located in Tisbury Church Street, dating to the late 17th century. The cottages are constructed of dressed limestone, with a tiled roof, gable end brick stacks, and a coped verge on the left-hand side. They are two storeys and have an attic, featuring three windows in total. Number 51 has a 20th-century glazed door to the left and a 20th-century steel casement window to the right. Number 52 features a 20th-century door and a two-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement window to the right. The first floor has three two-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement windows. The attic has two hipped dormers, each with a two-light casement. A 20th-century flat-roofed extension has been added to the rear ground floor.
