Former bailiff's house to Spye Park, mid C19, ashlar front with ironstone rubble elsewhere and hipped slate roofs. Two rear wall stacks with 3 tall octagonal shafts each. L-plan, 2-storey, 3- window formal front of stone mullion windows with hoodmoulds and small-paned iron casements. Three-light windows each side, 2-light to first floor centre over centre double doors in gabled ashlar porch with Tudor-arched doorway. Rear wing west side has similar 2-light with hoodmould each floor. East end wall has similar 2- light each floor, door in gabled porch to right and similar 2-light to each floor of east end of added parallel rear range.
