Description
This is a semi-detached house dated 1717, as indicated by a datestone on the west side. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick with stone quoins, and has a hipped tiled roof with brick stacks. The front of the house faces the churchyard. The two-storey facade has a four-window arrangement. The entrance features a four-panelled door within a heavily moulded architrave, topped with a broken segmental pediment. To the left of the door is a two-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement window, and to the right, a blocked mullioned window and a two-light mullioned casement. The first floor has a plat band and four two-light mullioned casement windows, with the central pair blocked. The left return side has a four-pane flush sash window in a moulded architrave on the ground floor, and a two-light mullioned casement window. Above this, the first floor has a plat band and two two-light mullioned windows, one of which is blocked; a moulded datestone is situated between them. The right return side features a 20th-century lean-to extension, built on earlier foundations. The building is attached to the rear of Raymond Hall. The interior is said to have been altered.
