Description

The balustraded walling at the front of Trafalgar House is a Grade II listed structure built in 1859 by William Butterfield. This low wall features balustraded panels made of brick, arranged in a bond of two courses of headers to one of alternate stretchers and headers, with vitrified headers and vase balusters. The wall is topped with moulded limestone coping and urn finials. Its style closely resembles the balustraded parapet on the Revett porch.
