Description

This is a 17th-century building comprising two storeys. The ground floor is plastered, while the upper floor is timber-framed and plastered with projecting brackets. The roof is covered in old tiles, with chimneys on both sides. There are two projecting bay windows on the first floor, one with four lights and the other with five, featuring original frames and modern leaded lights. A bay window with a tile roof and painted finish is located on the ground floor to the left, with two ledged doors and two sash windows incorporating leaded lights. The first-floor windows have small cornices with corner pendants. The building forms a group with numbers 3 to 8 (consecutive), Rosetree, numbers 9 to 15 (consecutive) opposite, and numbers 1A to 5 (consecutive) on The Green.
