The ground floor is finished in stucco, while the first floor features oversailing tile hanging with one cut bracket underneath. The old tile roof extends from the adjacent building at No. 14. On the first floor, there are two three-light casement windows with 19th-century glass. The ground floor has five modern sash windows with glazing bars and one modern panelled door. The gable end is also tile-hung. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 3 to 8 and Rosetree, as well as Nos. 9 to 15 opposite, and Nos. 1A to 5 on The Green.
