Description

The building adjacent to the south of No 11 on Weymouth Street in Warminster dates from around 1830 to 1840 and was formerly known as "Building Essentials Ltd." It is contemporary with No 11 and is slightly angled to it. Designed in the Tudor-Gothic style, the building features a two-storey front made of ashlar stone, with a moulded coping along the parapet and a high coped verge with a moulded footstone on the right-hand gable.

To the left, there is a large high pointed doorway, with two small windows positioned above it. The right-hand section has three mullion windows with dripmoulds on the first floor, flanked by tall weathered buttresses. The ground floor is divided by small buttresses, above which is a coved string. Additionally, there is a quatrefoil vent located in the upper part of the south gable. The building has a sham front that conceals a lean-to and workshops behind it.
