Description

This is a group of early 19th century buildings on the north side of High Street, Warminster. The frontages are of painted brick with stone coping, constructed in two separate phases. Numbers 14 and 16 are two storeys high, while number 18 is three storeys, all built over basements. The roof is tiled, hipped to the right, with one brick ridge chimney. Numbers 14 and 16 have two windows on their first floor, each with a stone lintel and key. An early 20th-century shop front has been altered to provide an entrance from the right and a private entrance to the left, framed by three-panelled pilaster strips. Number 18 has a range of windows with late-glazed sashes on the first and second floors, and a casement window on the ground floor. A round-headed doorway is positioned to the left.
