Description

The Stage One is a cottage located at the end of a row on Hindon High Street, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of English bond brick and features a tiled roof with a half-hip on the left side and a brick stack on the right. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. There is a 20th-century porch and door in the center, with a two-light steel casement window on either side. On the first floor, there are two steel two-light casement windows. The rear and interior were not accessible during the survey in December 1985. This building is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
