Cottage at end of row. Circa 1800. English bond brick, tiled roof with half-hip to left and brick stack to right. Two-storey, 2-window. C20 porch and door to centre, 2-light steel casement to either side. First floor has two steel 2-light casements. Rear and interior not accessible at time of survey (December 1985). Included primarily for group value.
