Description
This is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 4 meters south of the southeast angle of the south transept of the Church of St. Mary. It dates from the mid to later 18th century and is made of ashlar stone. The south side features an oval plaque surrounded by foliate spandrels. The west panel is oval and decorated with flower drops, while the east panel is fielded and adorned with drapery drops. The corners are chamfered and also display flower drops. The tomb is topped with a moulded capstone.
