Description
Number 64 on New Park Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed from colourwashed brick and features a projecting plinth. The roof is made of slate. On the first floor, there are two windows that are four panes wide, along with a central recessed false window. The ground floor has one window without glazing bars, positioned to the right of the centre, and a six-panel flush door to the left. This door is topped with a plain rectangular fanlight and is sheltered by a flat hood supported by large, crudely carved scroll brackets adorned with acanthus ornament. Numbers 62 to 67 on the same street form a group with this building.
