Description

No. 3 High Street is a house and shop, likely built around 1866. It is constructed of brick with limestone dressings, featuring a right-hand brick party wall stack and a pantile roof. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a two-window range. The gabled front is accented by rusticated quoins and a parapet, with a doorway on the right side that has a cyma bracket above it. Below a relieving arch, there is a plate-glass shop window. The plate-glass sashes have keyed, cambered brick heads. The interior has not been inspected.
