Description
No. 11 St Ann Street is a late 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic, constructed of painted brick. It features a gable end roof covered with old tiles. The building has a three-light casement dormer and three windows on the first floor, along with a blind window. To the right, there are six fielded panels topped with a plain segmental fanlight and panelled spandrels. The windows are framed by reeded architrave surrounds with corner blocks and a small projecting cornice. There is also a secondary door on the right side, which lacks an architrave and has a semi-circular fanlight above it. No. 11, along with No. 9, forms a group.
