Description
Yew Trees is a house dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, located in the village center of Broad Hinton. It is constructed of whitewashed stone and features a thatched roof. The building is single storey with an attic and consists of two bays, along with a two-storey bay on the left, which likely represents an extension of an original single storey bay. The entrance is located in a 20th-century lean-to at the right end, which has replaced a blocked door at the left end of the lower section. The right bay is an extension of the original structure. The house has timber paned windows with timber lintels and a flush dormer on the upper floor at the rear. There is a brick stack to the left of the blocked door and another at the right gable end.
