Description

Patterdown Farmhouse is a 18th-century farmhouse, dated 1738, constructed of coursed rubble stone with a stone-tiled roof, coped gables, and a stack at the south end. The farmhouse is two storeys high with an attic, featuring a five-window range of two-light, cyma-moulded, flush mullion windows, with dripstones above the lower windows. A central door is set within a raised, moulded surround with a hood supported by brackets. Flush quoins are present. Attic windows are located in the end walls. A north-west rear wing extends from the main structure, incorporating ridge and end stacks.
