Description

The base of a churchyard cross, dating from the medieval period, is located approximately 1 metre south of the chancel of the Church of St Michael in Wilsford cum Lake. This octagonal stone base is made of limestone and features fillets that transition from the octagonal shape to a square. The top of the base has a sinking designed for the cross shaft.
