Description

Upper Bearfield Farmhouse is a 17th-century building located on Ashley Road. It is constructed of coursed rubble and has two storeys with three gables. The gables feature single-light windows, while the other windows are three-light, diamond leaded casements with stone mullions and dripmoulds. The central door is flanked by single-light windows and features a flattened, pointed arch with chamfered mouldings. The farmhouse has square ashlar chimney stacks with moulded caps. The frontage has been considerably restored.
