This building is a row of three almshouses located on Church Street, dating from the 17th century, with the end bays constructed in the 18th century. The structure is made of rubble stone and features a thatched roof with brick stacks. It is a single storey with an attic and has five windows that are fitted with casements.
The entrances to Nos 74 and 75 have half-glazed planked doors. To the left, there is a two-light casement, while the right side features three two-light recessed chamfered mullioned casements and a three-light segmental-headed casement. The first floor has two-light casements in flush dormers on the right. No 74 has two flush dormers with two-light recessed chamfered mullioned casements in the center, and No 75 has a two-light casement.
The left return has two-light casements on both the ground and first floors, while the right return includes a planked door to No 73 and two-light casements. The rear of the building has 20th-century lean-to extensions. The interior has not been inspected but was altered in the 1970s.
