Description

Pheasants is an 18th-century house located in Lower Fyfield. The building is constructed of sarsen stone with brick dressings, and has a thatched roof. It has two storeys and originally comprised four window bays, with narrow service rooms at the rear, extending under the roofline. A 20th-century, two-bay extension has been added at right angles to the rear. A glazed door is positioned within a 20th-century porch, in the second bay. The ground floor features 20th-century timber casement windows with brick segmental arches above. Gable stacks are present.
