Description
This is a late 17th-century house that has been altered. The front is built of ashlar stone, with a roof of stone slates and tall end stacks. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and has two rebuilt dormers, one at eaves level. It has a symmetrical four-window arrangement. The first-floor windows are four-light, hollow-moulded, recessed mullion-and-transom windows. The ground floor has two similar three-light windows on each side of two plain doorways, one of which is blocked. A dripcourse runs above the ground-floor windows. The upper eaves and the north end wall show evidence of rebuilding, likely in the 19th century.
