Description
Manor Farmhouse is a detached house dating to the late 18th century, with a single-storey wing raised in the mid-19th century. The house is constructed of English bond brick, with a tiled half-hipped roof and brick stacks, arranged in an L-shape. The two-storey, four-window front features a 20th-century panelled door with a flat hood to the right of centre. To the right of the door is a single 12-pane sash window, and to the left are two sashes. The first floor has four sashes, all with flat arches, and a toothed eaves cornice. The right-hand wing is built with flint and brick bands and contains two 12-pane sashes to the ground floor and two 9-pane sashes to the first floor. The left return side incorporates two circular windows on the first floor. The rear elevation showcases two canted bay windows on the ground floor, alongside a central 20th-century door flanked by two 12-pane sashes. Five 12-pane sashes are located on the first floor. The interior was inaccessible during a survey in October 1984. The building was renovated in 1975.
