Description
The gate piers, garden walls, and terminal gazebos at Upham House were built around 1910 by Biddulph Pinchard. The walls, made of rubble stone, are located to the east of the house and return to create a service entrance on the north side. The gate piers feature moulded ashlar cornices and finials. The square gazebos have hipped roofs with gablets and finials, along with stone mullioned windows. These structures are significant to the setting of Upham House.
