4/208 Two Combes and Alford monument, in the churchyard, about 6m north of chancel of Church of St. John the Baptist

Three chest tombs. C18. Limestone. West tomb has plain side and end panels, inverted cavetto-moulded flat top, good lettering on inscription to Matthew Combes died 1714. East Combe tomb has plain panels with central thin moulded pilaster to each side, inverted chamfered flat top. Alicia Combes died 1740. Alford chest tomb has 2 recessed panels and fielded pilasters to corniced flat top. Mary Alford died. 1780.
