Description
Lloran House is an 18th-century building located on the south side of High Street. It is two storeys high with an attic and is constructed of brick that has been stuccoed over a projecting plinth. The building features a plain string course at the first-floor level, a fluted frieze, a moulded cornice, and a high parapet with stone coping. The roof is a mansard style covered with slate and includes a central chimney and four dormer windows.
On the first floor, there are five windows, and above the central doorway, there are five-light windows. The ground floor has undergone modern alterations, resulting in two bay windows and a central timber door with a timber surround.
Lloran House is part of a group that includes Nos 42 to 64, St Peter and St Paul's Church, and Nos 65 to 85, The Sun Public House, and Nos 88 to 90.
