Description
This is a double chest tomb located in the churchyard about 1 metre west of a smaller monument and southeast of the Church of St. Thomas. It dates from the mid to later 18th century and is made of ashlar stone. The tomb features two shield plaques on the north and south sides, with a central column and flanking Roman Doric columns. It has a moulded base and cornice that projects forward at the columns. The east and west ends each have a single shield plaque; the east end is flanked by plain strips and outer columns, while the west end has carved cartouches with cherub heads above and outer columns. Notably, the centre column on the south side is missing.
