Description

This is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, dating from the mid to later 18th century. It is made of ashlar and features two shield plaques on each side, along with fielded centre and angle piers and a moulded cornice. The west end has an oval plaque that is damaged and has been restored without any carving. The south side of the tomb is fractured. The tomb is situated about 1 meter south of the Seymer monument and south of the chancel of the Church of St. Thomas.
