Description

Field Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse constructed of rubble stone, featuring a stone tile roof and brick stacks at the ends. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range. It includes a moulded eaves cornice and a plain string course. The windows are cyma-moulded stone-mullion types, with three lights on the sides and two lights in the centre of the first floor. The entrance door is set in a moulded surround and has a hood on brackets, which is concealed by a 20th-century stone lean-to porch that also has a stone tile roof.
