Description

The village cross, located 10 meters south of Lacock Church of England Primary School, dates from the late medieval period, although parts of the cross and shaft were renewed in the 19th century. It has been in its current position since the late 19th century. The cross is made of limestone ashlar and features an octagonal shaft that stands on an octagonal moulded plinth and a two-tiered stone base.
