Description
Lambourne Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the late 17th century. It features square-panelled timber-framing with brick nogging and has been partly rebuilt in brick. The cottage has a hipped thatched roof and brick stacks. It is a single-storey building with an attic and has two windows. The central entrance is a planked door located in a 20th-century porch. To the left of the door is a three-light casement window, while to the right are a single casement and a two-light casement. The cottage also has two eyebrow dormers, each with two-light casements. On the left side, there is a planked door in a thatched porch, with a two-light casement window to the left and another on the first floor. Inside, there is an open fireplace with a chamfered lintel, along with chamfered beams that have stepped stops.
