Description
The Well House, built around 1900, is a circular structure supported by six timber posts with arched braces. It features a conical roof made of stone slates, topped with a timber finial. Inside, there is stone paving. At the back, a squared rubble wall curves out to the road line. This well house is identical to those established by the Poynder family in Biddestone, Colerne, and Derry Hill in Wiltshire.
